excited, a little scared, very motivated

21 days until surgery...down to 230. You know it is the best decision you can make for yourself but yet you let someone who is not supportive affect your thoughts.  Trying to stay away from negative people at work.  My friend Rhonda was sleeved about 2 1/2 weeks ago and she feels great and she has several friends who have had the rny like I am going to have, they have had great success too.  Have to keep my head in the right place.  I try to visualize every night what I will be doing 1 year from now, how I will look, shopping for regular clothes in a "normal" store not a plus size...very exciting!
