Our God is an awesome God!!

Tuesday was  amazing. I got to the hospital 5:15 am this morning. My surgery was 7:15 and they held to their word to the min.

While he was doing my Gastric Sleeve, he fixed my Hiatal Hernia. He told me I got the blue light special.

I was walking around in Recovery because i was hurting so bad and they let me... then they took me to the hospital room in a wheel chair. The nurses told me that no one had EVER been brought to that floor after weight loss surgery in a wheel chair ever. They always had to be brought up on a gurney. I knew at that point I had to be doing well.

My stomach hasnt given me any issues and Im greatful for that , but the stupid hiatal hernia is affecting food going down my esophogas, but he told me that would clear up in a few weeks. Its hard to drink stuff cause it hurts going down.

I will be on liquids for the next 4 weeks. It really isn't that bad, I don't mind it. At this point I don't seem to be missing food at all. I have had to rest most of today and in great hopes that tomorrow I will be able to venture out for a small walk in our neighbor hood or YMCA.
