Slowly but surely

Been super busy these past few weeks since I have been back into action. My VSG was 1 month ago & to date I have lost 33 lbs. So excited, I actually feel better now than I did in my 20's! I am learning so much through this process. Will be soon learning how to eat foods again. I am a little scared but with time that will pass.
