ONE YEAR

Well today is one year I had my surgery I loss 79 pounds not where I wanted to be but happy to be 79 down. At lease I made it though the holidays without weight gain. also I traveled more then normal last year without gaining weight. The hardest thing was Jan 22 I loss my brother he was 58 years old (heart attack) total didn't even think about a diet, protein, taking vitamins. My anniversary date is time to get back on track I know my brother is looking down saying get on with your life I'm still here with you in spirit with Dad. So tomorrow marks a new day life will change for the good.
