Just a little update.  I am hovering around 138-142 and I am very pleased.  I have decided to run a marathon.  I figure if I don't have a goal, I will loose focus on my weight.  I started running two weeks ago and already ran my first 5K.  My goal was to finish running-Mission accomplish.  I am so very confused on my nutrition while training.  Marathoners eat a ton of carbs and we can't.  I suppose I will try to eat lots of veggie carbs and hope for the best.  So, will I am training for my 3day/60 mile walk, I will also be training for my marathon. 

I am very excited with this life and I pray God keeps my body parts safe!  Can't imagine life with out exercise....I also decided if we can afford plastic surgery next year 10/2011 I am gonna get a tummy tuck and perfhaps they can put my boobs back where they belong.  LOL  If not, I might just go for implants only a size B because I don't miss big breats.  Ok..Way to much Information.

I hope all of my wls friends are enjoying their new life too!
