5-7-10 update

Well we got up this morning and both kids were not feeling well and so went to the Dr and they both have strep throat ! UGHHHH I now have sinus drainage and am scared it is gonna turn into strep .Just what I need.If I make it til monday morning then I am good cause I will get antibiotics with my surgery.LOL I think it is just sinus crap but still it is something else for me to be scared about. I am thinking some hot tea will help. Trying to stay busy to keep my mind off things.Has not been hard today .With the kids being sick and my niece who lives with us had a prom to get ready for so we were running around doing hair and last minute things for that then went to take pictures at a park and came home and I tried to take a nap but failed.LOL I did notice one thing though.... at the park I was not winded at all walking around .Even in the southern heat ! I did not sweat profusely ! It has only been 16lbs but that in itself is an improvement. My activity level is up already.:)  I felt really good about that. It was great to see my niece so happy and we got some good pics.Then I got to go to the chinese place for soup. My son got soupd too since his throat is so sore.:(  He ate it all though so that is great.It was nice to have a soup buddy.Welp gonna do some laundry.Gotta keep up so I won't have so much to do next week.
