6-8-10 First fill

Well today I went in for my rescheduled fill and was told the Dr was running late and they gave me the option to stay and wait or comeback or....rescehdule.I told them I would come back so we agreed in 2 hrs and they said they would call if anything changed.So I get down the road a little as my plan was to hang in Mville til my appt and the nurse said he was on his way in and to come back so I did and still waited FOREVER and finally I got my first fill. I did however forget to ask how much ! LOL I guess I will call back and ask. It was relatively pain free no numbing or anything he pushed around on my left side while I did kind of a tummy flex or mini sit up and then went right in and it was not even a pinch really. My side is a tad sore but other than that I feel great. He told me that they do not want to over do it the first fill but I should notice a difference when I get back to solids.I am on liquids for 48 hrs then mushies 48 hrs and then back to normal food. He said I may not notice much on liquids cause they go right thru the band. So I am gonna eat some egg drop soup and relax. :)
