Things have been going well. I think my fill holds my hunger off longer and that is a plus. I am getting heartburn after eating now. Which I hope is just a thing and not a sign of anything bad. I am down 2 lbs which is great so I have officially not lost and gained the SAME cpl pds now.Hahaha . I am realizing with this band that even though I thought I knew alot about it and how it would work it is a learning process and changes dailey. Just gotta take it day by day . I am glad the scales are moving again though.Whewwwww.... Had me worried. So anywho I am looking forward to more weight loss and learning more each day!
