See it was not a month before I posted again ! YAY me . LOL  Anywho.... last night the kids had a Halloween party here and it was great. Everyone had a really good time. It was all middle school kids . WHEW.... but one of the kid's mother owns the town bakery and brought by two boxs of "goodies" that she had left over from the bakery. They were all SO pretty all decorated up for Halloween.... and I bet they tasted even better! I will admit to eating two cookies last night BUT I DID NOT eat a delishious looking brownie OR a scrumptious looking cream horn ! YAY ME !!!!  I ate one of her oatmeal cookies (my favorite ) and actually two mini chocolate cookies that would be about the size of one cookie. SO I am really happy about that. It could have been an EPIC fail night.  I just kept everything stocked and drank my crystal lite . I did not even partake of the roasting of the gigantic marshmellows by the fire pit! I am really proud cause I REALLY wanted to taste all the little goodies! 
Even though I did not pig out like I kept wanting too I still felt really guilty about the few things I did have .:( This morning I feel much better about it but last night I was kinda bummed. But now I am thinking ....THIS is exactly why I got this surgery. Before the surgery I would have eaten til I was sick! I ate 2 cookies !!!! (well one reg. sized and two little mini ones) I have to look at that as a victory . That is much better than before my band. That is the point of all this. Food not controlling ME....ME controlling the food. I feel like I did that last night.:)
Well I am off to enjoy a beautiful Carolina Fall Sunday !!!!
