Well I made it thru Thanksgiving ! I am so THANKFUL that it went well and the stress was low and I worried and aggravated myself about nothing . I got all the cooking done and served and the kitchen cleaned and now I am resting in my room ! :)   I am  SO thankful today for not only my family and friends and my great life but for my band !!!! Today is a day that if it had been normal at this point I would be sick and miserable and overly full . Today  , thanks to my band , I ate a little of this and a little of that and STOPPED !!!!  I am full and satisfied and NOT miserable !!!! Of course there were a few things I just could not eat b/c they were not band friendly but I focused on a spoonful of the things that I could eat and am SO VERY HAPPY with the whole day!!!! Things are so different than they were last year and I cannot help but get a little bit emotional .
Today is truly a day to be thankful for so many things!!!!
GRATEFUL !!!!
