I had a fill on Friday .I think this is number 7 ?  WHOA MAMA .... The Dr told me this one would be a doozie but Good Lord !!!! It is Holy Restriction Batman!!!! I have to be super careful what  and how I eat. Tiny little bites and looooong intervals in between! I think I may be a little swollen still . Needless to say I invested in lots of tuna and fish and canned chicken to get me thru the next few days after I return to solids. Lotsa good protein =) I get a real tight feeling in my chest like ....one more bite and I am off to the toilet to PB after very small amts of food . Also I got a good 3 + hours out of my morning meal w/o being hungry. So I am hopeful that this will set me on my weigh to onderland!!!! I do not have far to go . Also my Dr is having an open house for his new office in Jan. and they are going to give away a FREE tummy tuck!!!! I am going to go and hope I win cause I know I am gonna want one of those in a year or two.LOL   How cool would it be to WIN one ????  
I was actually up some at this Dr appt and I was SO bummed but the Dr and nurse were very sweet and the nurse told me you cannot be perfect everytime ! I was worried the Dr would be like what the hell have you been doing all month ????  LOL but he gave me a great fill and was explaining the whole plateau and everything. I left feeling alot better .=)  It is also almost my TOM so I knew I was gonna have water issues. I am like a freaking well. I can hold the water! lol
