Well as of today I have been married to my hubby for 19 years !!!! YAY !!!! He is truly my BEST friend and the LOVE of my life.=) I am so lucky to have him and our little family. Today I took pics of the kids and had our Christmas cards made .Baby our dog did not make the cut this year cause he would not be still.LOL This year the kids are older and I had to take a million and five shots before we could get one we all agreed on and he was just not having it . I hate he is not in it but the cards turned out fabulously!
As for my fill ....I am LOVING it !!!! I get full on very little food and stay that way for a long time . I am very hopeful to show some weight loss at my next appt. I am being very mindful about liquids and protein this go round. I make sure I get plenty of both.I have found that there is really only room for my protein and a little veg and I am done.  YAY !!!! I think I am at my sweet spot!!!!  I was afraid at first honestly that I was going to wind up being too tight and have to get a little out but I am glad I waited it out because I think I was just swollen from my fill. I am not having nearly as much trouble with food now as I was at first. I am going slow and eating small bites and waiting in between bites for the food to move on thru. No sticking.=)   If I had to give all pre or recently banded folks any advice it would be to not underestimate the power of good eating skills. It will save you so much trouble down the road even if it is not at first. Most sticks of mine have been all on me. Eating too fast or too big of bites or not waiting for food to move thru. I wish I had practiced this before surgery!!!! Gosh this has been a learning experience and it ain't over yet.LOL I work on those skills everyday!  OK so that is Aunt Christi's lesson of the day.Hahahaha
