Well another lb has fell off ! Thank GOD !!!! I am now back to my lowest weight since the band. I had put on a few water lbs and even (I think ) a lb or two or regular wt! All that is off and I am back in business!!!! I hope LOL !!!! I have had a hard time with keeping solids in the past 2 days been real tight . The big thing was ysterday we were at the mall and I ate a very smooshie meatball and it did not go down and that started me on a rollercoaster of nothing going down well the rest of the weekend. I am on pretty much liquids and soup and stuff now. Gonna do that for a few days. I did not make it to the restroom yesterday in the mall and wound up PBing into the sleeve of my hoodie!!!! I was close though so I was thankful for that. It was a nasty stuck episode so I am taking it easy and drinking my Aloe Vera juice .:)   I am going to get this right sooner or later. Hopefully sooner! I have been doing alot better though. I am so thankful for my band and the weight I have shed so far and have actually started to look forward to being able to lose more now that the darn scale is moving downward again.  In January my Dr is having an open house for his new office (which is gorgeous by the way very spa like) and one of the things they are giving away is a free tummy tuck! That would be so wonderful to win something like that!!!!  I know I am gonna want one and that would really come in handy! Woohoo !!!! So I am hoping for good luck that evening.LOL
Ok so I am praying that the weight loss will continue  and that I will continue to improve on my eating habits;)
