Finally got my period yesterday !!!! Whew I have been a holy terror lately.  LOL . I was up yesterday but pee'd all night lol and was back down this am! Been putting along . I am off course tighter right now b/c of my TOM so I am taking it slower than usual.  Just checking in mostly doing well. I need to get my a$$ out and do some walking in this fine weather we are having. That would help huh? Hahahaha I am gonna work on that. Today though ,my goal is to flood my body with water.As much as I
 can hold . I want to work on my hydration.So that is my goal for today.:) So far so good ! Oh and get a new avatar pic of me. That one is old !
