finally did it !!!

I got on the treadmill today for the first time since surgery. Was going to do a mile got to .86 when company showed up and I had to come downstairs.
But I intend to go back up and finish before bed. I'm staying off the scale till monday , hope I see a loss then. I am constipated again today , 4 th day in a row. GRRRRR!
