Had Surgery Woot!!

     I had my surgery on the 21st , I feel awesome , 2 days after surgery I was off my BP meds and the Insulin!! I no longer have diabetes. I weighed 213 on the the day  of surgery and I weigh 203 today. I havn't been under 200 lbs in 20 years and am looking forward to hitting this milestone.
