2 days post op

I am 2 days post op and I came home yesterday.  I am very tired and I am very sore.  I have been taking it easy.  I try to walk as much as I can.  I have not been walking for 5 mintues at least eery hour like they told me, but I am doing what I can.  I have not been taking the pain medication.  :)  Only when I really really need it.  It makes me want to sleep and I dont want to sleep all day and all night.  When the surgery was going on the surgeon found I had a hyetail hernia so he fixed it along with my gastric sleeve.  Maybe thats why i am so sore?  my shoulders are aching some but not to bad.  I have been burping some.  thats when I feel more pain, when I feel the burp bubble build.  when i drink cold water/protein shake I am uncomfortable.  if I drink room temp or warm fluid it goes down better.  I dont know what else to say right now..
