4 week checkup

I forgot to post that on my 4 week check up on May 21st I weighed in at 219!!  :)  that was over a week ago and I dont know what I am at now.  I am really feeling a difference in the way my cloths are fitting now.  I had an interview this last Thursday and my slacks that I wear for interviews were so big that they just fell right off my hips!!  :)  So thats something I definately need to go buy but maybe get some with belt loops this time.  I have only 1 pair of jean that I can wear that semi fit.  they are big on my hips but my thighs are another thing.  I have to wear my belt a lot tighter now!  :)  I also will be buying new undies!  bras and panties are getting big..  ;)
