Once Again...

Life has gotten in the way... too much death in my family this year. The depression has over- whelmed me and old habits became my comfort. The pounds have come back to visit... they can ONLY visit!
I am back online now cuz journeling on OH has helped in the past. I have NO HELP from my surgeon other then it is all in my head, so I am on my own.
I could use all the support I can get.
