I'm in the middle of my two week's of liquid protien diet.  I love Dr. Cantor, he is excellent.  But, I am dying.  This is not easy.  I want to eat even stupid things that I never, ever even wanted to look at before.  I will stick with this, I will stick with this.....
Oh, there should be treatment centers one could go to during this time... hide me from humanity...
Thank God my husband will go to the grocery store to buy a chicken to make homemade broth tomorrow morning, I cannot wait to taste that broth.
I hate the GNC cookies and cream liquid protein drink - it is awful - who would make that????  Yuck - did someone taste test it?
I got biotin and thanks to Linda, I know how much to take now!  My hair thanks you.....

That's all for today - I am going to sleep so I can't feel my stomach yelling at me....
