Long time since here

It has been awhile...I haven't lost all the weight I wanted to because I got caught up in life and didn't make it a priority. But I'm at a place now I am ready for another push. The good news is I am no longer a diabetic, while still too heavy, I am not "obscenely and unnaturally" fat as I was before, I don't turn heads in walmart. I have discovered under all the fat, that I had gotten old...I was in my early twenties when I put on 200lb, and had the surgery in my mid 50's. so after the fat was gone, I saw an older woman than I remembered. Reality can suck sometimes.
