Hey guys!!!Here I am! It's been forever! So sorry.
Just to let you all know that I am still alive!!!
My progress: I am 217 lbs
Since 2/10 I have lost 47 lbs
My total weigh loss before surgery and after is :67 lbs
My highest weigh was: 284 lbs
