Its been a long time not posting

It has been a long time posting to my site. I had a very bad starting this year, but today is a new day and I will get with the program.I will treat myself better by changing my eating habits. I have not lost anymore weight since my last blog and I know it has to change.
I had multi deaths in my family the first 5 months of this year. I know what I should of been doing to care for myself but I chose to eat my emotions.
I will be looking and asking for support to get back on track to a healthier me.
