First Day Back to Work!

First day back to work and all is well.  I'm still feeling energized.  I was glad that it was a light day at work.  I got home and still felt good.  I'm still having a problem with getting the food in slow and the water in.  I don't have water readly available.  If I want to drink I have to go to break room.  This is kind of crazy to say but not going to the bathroom very much either.  Its making me worry that everything is ok with my insides....???
