Signed up with a personal trainer. He put me through a 30-minute session. Ball squats, five minute treadmill, five minute stepper and constant movement around the track between each activity. There are so many cheerleaders here I actually feel comfortable.  I am one big ball of sweat.  But unlike other gyms I do not feel intimidated by the other members at the gym.

I am starting on the eliptical trainer and doing about 5-minutes worth.  Not much it is a start.  Two-minutes on the StairMaster.  Thirty minutes on the weight circuit and I'm done  

Now for the long drive home.  I'll only get about a month of exercise in before I have my surgery but I guess anything is better than what I was doing previously.
