Well Hello.....

I am brand new here, well i have been signed up for a while but had not set anything up until it was 100% on the surgery. Got word 2 days ago all is approved and will be having surgery on Jan 31.  Probably will be seeing much more of me on here as i try to set everything up and figure out the website.  Hope all is well with everyone
