YAY!!!!!
I'm not crazy or depressed. I didn't think I was but it's now official. I can move on to the next step. I loved meeting with my psychiatrist Kathryn. She was very down to earth and made the session really easy. I didn't even cry about anything. Oh and I also had a weigh-in and lost 1 lb.
I'll take it. YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Every little bit helps.
I feel good and am grateful for this journey.
My next appointment is my #1 of my 2 group sessions.
That should be interesting.
