I think I'm back on track!

I stopped eating gluten about 2 weeks ago and have dropped several pounds. Who knew? I'm back under 200 again and in my gut, I thinks it's for real and permanent this time. I also had an interesting revelation this morning. I was a little keyed up last night when I went to bed so I did some positive-speak. I told myself that I would rest deeply and awaken feeling refreshed, clear-headed and feeling good. And I did. When I realized that I'd manifested it, I sent a quick prayer of gratitude to the universe. But it was my body I needed to send the gratitude to. My body is what listened to my request the night before. I began to think about how disassociated I am from my body which caused the excess weight (among other things) and my heart's desire is that I really listen to it and integrate more. that feels so good.
