insurance and a big decision

 Just got off the phone cancelling an insurance plan that I added on yesterday.. although I wasnt sure I shouldve added it just yet, the pushy saleswoman made me apply anyway. Well I found out that a couple of my docs werent included in that plan and I NEED to stay with them or I may go crazy.. literally. lol! Heres the thing also .. this insurance would have covered the sleeve had they felt I qualified and I had obtained a pre-auth from them prior to.. However I did lots of research on my own last night and it turns out I would be better off switched than sleeved due to some hormonal issues (PCOS) and a messed up metabolism(type II diabetes,insulin resistance and a degree of gastroparesis). So with this new bit of info I pushed forward bravely deciding to go with my open DS. This morning the office contacted me just as I was about to call (weird coincidence?) with a surgery date! So now I am really excited and cant wait to join the losers bench!! Let my journey finally begin! Thanks to all who have been supportive and helpful with insurance info and the like!
