short one

this will be very short cause i feel awful.. had my first bout of nausea and vomiting yesterday feeling like i might start my girly cycle soon and am definitely dehydrated.. working on it hard cause i dont want to be in hospital again,.. hate it!! oh yeah and i had a horrible pinched nerve in my back which limited my activity so the scale hasnt moved much... :(
