whats new..

 i have a case of acid reflux that im having a hard time getting under control which has me resorted to eating saltines to control the burn along with prevacid and mylanta. I see Dr. Crookes tomorrow finally for my first checkup.. his staff arent the greatest at scheduling as far as returning calls..  I havent lost much more weight- 2lbs I think but my clothes feel loose and I am finally out of the "extremely obese" category on the BMI calculator so that is definitely something to celebrate! I will cut here until i hear more tomorrow from the doc! Thanks for your support
