Well I went to the Physical Therapist last night - check that off the list of things that I had to get done for the Ins. Co., went to my inital visit w/ the NUT this morning and actually ate a lot better today. Just hate the heart burn that I get from all the water - man oh man... Exercised somewhat tonight but didn't feel that I put my full potential into it so I will have to get up early and walk or something. I go next week to the ENT about this Vertigo crap I have going on now. I'm like come on if its not one thing its another, but I'm tired of being dizzy all the time and hopefully its an easy fix so I can get this Umbilical Hernia surgery fixed. But w/ all that being said I'm really excited still. I just wish I could share it w/ my family and best friend that I'm going to do this, but just know that I'll get some negative feedback and I don't want that - this is about me and I want to go into this feeling good about it...
