Taking back my life

I got my date for surgery today. 18 March. Wow! Excited, scared worried. Always thought I could do it on my own, controlling my weight. Now I have decided I needs major help. I know it is the right choice. I know I will succeed but I hope it will be easier than some people make it out to be. I hate being sick. Guess I will see in a couple of weeks. Till then I will post on how I am doing with the preop diet.
