Today I woke up and it was my"6month" doctor's visit. Just about 2 weeks shy of the six months. The scale showed an amazing 199 lbs, WOW! I keep trying to remember when I saw that last. IT doesn't really matter I am there now and on my way hopefully to goal. The doctor's visit went well, and I go back in July. They explained that on average most people lose 80% of there excess weight so that would be about 120 lbs for me. She said I should get there and probably more. I am so excited, I feel great!
