Sept 16, 2010I'm have been traveling for work since May and I haven't had a fill since April. I have gained weight and I am getting back to exercising. I think I found a new lap band doctor so I am excited. I have been walking my ass off but I'm am not getting the restriction I need. Maybe in two more weeks I will get at fill. I do fill motivated and I know I will be successful. I think writing this blog will help me stay focused.
