My story has been moving slow or going backwards. My surgery date was Dec 11, 2009 and after my pre-op diet only lost 5 lbs not 13-15 lbs like others I know that had the surgery. I started at 254 with the fills I got to 243 by May. Then my job sent me to work for training for three months and now i am at 249 lbs.
This summer while at training I lost motivation. Since I couldn't get a fill and I am not at my sweet spot, i don't fill restriction. So since Dec I have only lost 4 lbs!
However, I moved to the DFW area and I found a new lap band doctor. I am back on track and I am ready to get started Again!!
