Well I survived the Holidays.

Jan 02, 2010

I think I did pretty good. I didn't over do and as for treats, I had very few. Everyone has noticed how much weight I lost. My daughter bought me an American Eagle Hoodie and it fit me. I was never able to wear anything from that store before. Felt really good. Next thing I have to do after pay day is to go get my gym membership for the family. Then we are really going to see the fat fly! LOL I need to start toning up. I really don't want to have that hanging skin problem. Is it weird that its 10:30 pm right now and I want to play some raquetball? LOL My energy level has come back to life. I am doing so much more then what I have in the past. Its so weird and scary how obesity creeps up on you and the next thing you know it, you don't feel like doing anything and thats when the real problems start happening. I am so lucky to have a wife that really cares about me. Not only her, but my kids as well. They have really helped out when times were at there lowest. There is so much I want to get back into doing. I am looking forward to the day I am under 300 lbs. I have another fill appointment on January 15th. That's when I will get weighed again. I really hope I have lost a lot more. Wish me luck. Take care!
