Making a commitment to the ICEMAN in November 2010

This is a 28 mile mountain bike race starting in Kalkaska and ending in Traverse City. I need to lose a lot more weight fast and also get into training for the biking. My boss is going to help. He has been doing this race for a few years. Nice to have people behind you that will motivate you. On Monday at 11:00 am I will be registering for this. Wish me luck.
