My Story

50-something, married 30 years to my college sweetheart, no kids, 2 cats. We've started looking toward retirement and daydreaming about what we'd like to do. I realized that my dreams were severely limited by my weight, and that I was also limiting my husband's dreams!  (I'm not sure which made me sadder to contemplate)

Decided it was time to DO something!
