Walking awake

Well again I was in bed by 11pm and probably asleep by midnight (did some reading). But dang I'm sure not getting any 'good rest, except when I take naps in the late afternoon. That seems to be when I get my deep REM sleep. I only slept for about an hour yesterday afternoon, so I think today I will resist the urge to even doze to hopefully get some deep sleep.

I have gotten to the point that I'm tired of eating liquids. I'm bored with it already. I'd rather just not eat. I went to bed with my stomach cramping. I have no clue if it was from hunger or not.

Yesterday I was able to eat my 1/4 cup serving in less then the hour that it normally took me just the day before. I can't imagine that my stomach has stretched out that much in ONE day. I have no idea how quickly you'r suppose to be increasing the quantities you are eating. I just make sure to use the full hour to eat my 1/4 cup serving.

I'm tired, I'm bored with the food, and I just want to sleep on my side again!! Every time I try my abdomen really hurts! I'm still wearing the lap band. It helps so much to keep everything in place, especially when I cough or sneeze.

If I had something else to do. Other then sitting home with no money and four kids, maybe I wouldn't be so focused on this, but when you are poor and have a bunch of damn kids, this is what you do and you get fat from doing it.

Wanted to go walking, have two kids with horrible coughs (STILL!), and of course Patrick goes off with his friends for the second day in a row. Just really tired of life and being stuck where I am. And my damn period is STILL with me!!!! ARGH!!!
