Last day of full liquid diet

WOOT! Puree starts tomorrow!! Come on tuna and cottage cheese! hehe I can't wait!
I did have several spoonfuls of roman noodles today. That's all I could fit in my stomach!! I also had a half sandwish of peanut and honey sandwich as a snack tonight. FINALLY I feel the FULL sensation!! YEAH!

I walked my stairs today instead of braving the cold. Man that is a WORK OUT!! I mean I knew I was out of shape, but those stairs really tell me how much out of shape I am in! I break it up over the day and walk the stairs several times. But man. That last minute before the timer rings I'm talking myself through it!! hehe I still can't wait til I can hit the gym and work out there. I hope they get the pool fixed soon!

I have been reading the exercise forum on here and really been inspired by people posting on there. I so want to join their ranks and be running by May!! That's my goal. I want exercise to be a daily part of my life to help keep my weight in check along with healthy eating choices. I knew if I am more active then I will be healthier and my kids will be healthier and more active. That's the goal. Have a happy, active family. Yeah us!
