Headache Saturday

Not much going on. Not much went on yesterday other then the A/C went out and the poor repair man didn't get it fixed until SIX pm!! I felt so bad! He had to replace the motor. UGH!! But it was nice and cool when he was done! I was ever soo thankful.

I had a small portion of my hubby's veggie calzone I ordered for him from the local pizza place (because they deliver), and it was soo good! I called and THANKED them!! The lady was a bit surprised, but I told her who ever prepared it, to thank them for me and tell them it was the best I had ever tasted! It truely was. Now the philly I ordered...not very good! lol I think it was because I got veggies on it rather then just making it a straight cheese steak sandwich (the way I like it), and I didn't eat hardly ANY of the bun but just the meat and cheese. Still, I did have about 10 peanut m&ms, I'm thinking that might be contributing to the headache I have today, that and I stayed up waaay too late last night. Til midnight! But I didn't take any sleeping pills so go me!! hehe Yeah for falling asleep on my own! WOOT!

I'm at 195 today. I know after my eating last night it's to be expected.

I made mac & cheese for the hubs for lunch and I of course grazed on it! UGH!! It smelled soo good and looked soo yummy, I took bites here and there. Luckily I made his plate, made my lunch of grilled chicken, sauted onions & peppers with cheese on a low carb pita with salsa topped on it (only ate 1/4 of a serving) and then my 10 yr old had a bowl of mac & cheese and I gave the rest to the dog!! lol My son asked why I didn't just save it. I told him it was too great of a temptation for me to eat it. It was (as dear Brandi told me) no less wasted giving it to the dog then me, a person that does NOT need it, eating it. So, if it's not there, I can't eat it! 

Have to say I haven't felt those pull of cravings so much any more. The m&ms were a limited and PERMITED treat that I had. I KNEW I was going to have them, and allowed them into my calories. The mac & cheese, not at all! Recently I've been able to decline and abstane from those trigger foods and situtations. I have to agree (again hehe) with Brandi that once you let your guard down and think you have this down, those old habits soo very easily find their way back in. It's constant vigilance! So, I'm on my toes. I'm keeping my goal weight in mind and my healthy eating even more! 

I have no idea at what size I'll be when I DO get to goal (weather that be 150 or 135), but if I can wear 12's now, I can't wait to go smaller baby!!! hehe

I really need to clean out my closet and rid myself of all my old clothes. The ones that are too big and baggy. I might do a UNfashion show for my husband and have him tell me what he thinks I should keep and get rid of! hehe He'll like that. Anything that gets me UNdressing!! MUWHAHAHA
