Super Family Fun Saturday!!!

Today I will....
~be kind, loving, and healthy to myself
~love my body and mind and know that I AM who I want to be
~speak kindly, lovingly, and softly to my kids and family
~take time for myself
~eat only healthy meat & veggies
~ have a completely carbless day
~ leave desserts out of my eating from this day forward
~exercise my dog for an hour daily
~ review this affirmation as often as needed.
What I have ate:
B: 1/4 cup Scottish porridge
L: tuna salad on wheat roll (only bottom bun), 7 bar-b-que chips, 1 sugar free waffer cookie
S: 1/2 german chocolate ice cream in waffle cone

It's the weekend and only a bit of house work to do! Yeah me!
Thoughts, Feelings, Rants~~
9:25am~
Getting ready to go make our picnic lunch for the park! Need to get the frisbee and ball for the dog too! I have the kites already in the car in case there is enough wind for the boys to fly them and have the bread for the ducks at the pond! hehe I think it's going to be a GREAT time! I know the dog will love it!! hehe
Nothng better then family time!
The hubby got a free dirt bike for the boys from a guy at work. The older two are SUPER excited about getting it! The only stipulation is that we have to keep it in running condition and give it away to another person when our kids outgrow it! What a wonderful thing! Can't wait for our kids to enjoy it and then pass it on to another child to have the fun of learning and playing with it! It's how the world should work! Yeah for us having such great people in our life!
So outta bed I get and get my porridge and get things going so we can get our super fun family saturday kicked off!! Life is beautiful and God is love!
3pm~
Had a super good time at the park! We were there for HOURS! Walked the dog on the wonderful trails. The kids threw bread at the ducks and geese and fed the sun fish in the water (the ducks and geese get fed soo much they didn't eat anything! heh). Had a HUGE crippled goose chase after me and the dog honking! hehe The kids got to see cute wittle prarie dogs and enjoyed playng on the play ground after eating our picnic lunch. Then took them out for ice cream on our way home! It was a blast! Had just the PERFECT family day! Go us!! hehe
Now finishing up my laundry. One load to wash and then dry two and fold and put away four! hehe Yep, I have two dry that I didn't fold! UGH! Lazy me! I did get in GOOD exercise today. Always a plus!
