11am~
I did my deep breathing and breakfast so far. Getting ready to take the dogs out for a walk. Yep DOGS lol. The neighbor is out of town for a funureal and her husband has training in the field til the 7th. So I brought their dog over to hang out with me and Toby and he's a nervous, clingy dog. He IS a rescue dog and already  six months old spent in a shelter. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Toby tried to dominate him and I of course had to put Toby in HIS place. Luckily Toby is well trained and listens. hehe The other dog is not bad. He's already understanding the command "down" he wants to sit IN your lap!! hehe UGH! No doggies allowed on the furniture. He doesn't bother Toby at all though.

He is noiser and more whiny then Toby. But he's a very sweet dog (of course I think most animals if not harmed and trained to be mean!), and just a snuggler! I think he has fleas though, so not going to let him spend the night as I had planned (I hate for ANY dog to be left outside and away from their 'pack' since dogs/wolves are social creatures and need that companionship it's wrong to leave them locked in a backyard with no one with them), since I dont want fleas in my house. The dog and cat have had their flea meds, but that doesn't mean we humans have! hehe No way I want a flea issue to break out in my house!! UGH!!

Doing great on my weight! Still sitting pretty at 190. Hoping this week it drops! I'm keeping up on my deep breathing (and man that is a work out in and of it's self!! hehe), and didn't do yoga yesterday, but I'm back on it today! I love it soo much and feel so wonderful afterwards!! Go me!! hehe

Patrick is sick AGAIN! He was running a temp over 100 degrees last night!! UGH!! Just hoping he doesn't get the kids sick! hehe

Last night we played limbo for family night. The kids loved it! Stephan was the best at it! hehe Might have to put some music on and do a conga line! WOOT! Get that body moving and grooving! hehe Or Simon says. Go us! Haven't done simon says in a LONG time. hehe

There are NO heights that are beyond you! Never limit what you can do!
