It's the weekend! No schedule for me! I'm a WILD woman!! WOOT! I'm staying up til all hours of the night...ok so midnight. hehe

Thoughts, Feelings, Rants~~
10:30am~
Had a good night's sleep and I'm awake and ready to go! Gonna make sausage soup today & BLTs! WOOT! Can't wait! For dinner making shredded chapoleta pork corn tamalas. Totally gonna have to post the recipes. Since I'll be making them up as I go! hehe I think they will turn out FAB!!! Gotta go start the meats cooking and simmering. Mmmm..I can smell them cooking now....sooo good!

Nearly finished reading the sixth step in "Thin Tastes Better" and will be posting it later. Lots of wonderful stuff in there! I'm implimenting the steps and working them buddy! It's amazing how wonderful and great life is when you are doing it to better yourself and your life. Knowing that your living as you SHOULD be living. Taking care of yourself to the best of our ablity and setting a healthy example for your children. That's the HUGELY important thing.

10:30pm~
A good day, but I'm still rather tired most of the day. I can tell when I DON'T do my deep breathing exercises. That really starts my day off right and gets me going and energized. I am going to have to keep doing that each and every morning.

The sausage soup was alright, not worth passing on the recipe. The pork corn torillas was very ethnic in that I didn't use any commercial packet seasonings. I used real authentic ingrediants that you could find in Mexico (not commercial imported items), so the flavor was more earthy and natural. My husband I both liked it. It was a tad too spicy for the kids and since it was wheat free and sour cream free, it was far healthier and very nice in those ethinic flavors coming through.

We had family game night with jumping rope. The kids and I liked it, my husband doesn't like to jump rope, but he did hop back and forth with our youngest. I think it's great cordnation exercise and hopefully if we keep doing it the kids will get better and better. I like jumping rope, especially since my belly isn't so big and massive (as before, hehe). I just like being active! hehe Though I SUCK when we did the limbo. hehe I can NOT go down that far. Stephan won that one. hehe It was fun time for the family.

Stephan read a story to Joshua before bed time and then since it was storming all three decided to sleep in Joshua's room (its the biggest that Kaleb use to share with Joshua) since Stephan has now expressed night time fears of things that he KNOWS aren't real. I'm not sure how to combat them. I need to make sure I'm giving him his meds at around 7 or 8pm so that they help him to wind down and be able to settle his mind for bed at about 9:30pm.

I am still reading part six in "Thin Tastes Better" it's a longer section, but totall filled with FAB advice! Loving it! Might have to break it into parts like I did the previous section. Need to share so that if there is someone else tht might benefit from this advice they can get it!

Each morning is a chance to be washed clean of the past and persue your goals anew.
