11 Months Out and WOW!!!!

It truely has been a long time since I have been on here.  As to date, I am down to 186 lbs with that being 138 lbs lost forever!  6lbs away from my surgeons goal and 16 lbs from mine.  It has been a wonderful experience with some ups and downs.  Looking at spring to do the body contouring.
