Day 6.....

Well thus far I am doing this Worked in my garden most of the afternoon then hopped in the pool for a few hours to keep me out of the house and away from the kitchen. Hopefully I melted away a few more pounds today I am really surprised at how well I am sticking to this, I'll assume it's since I know there is a light at the end of this tunnel. I am getting excited more every day to get through the surgery and get on with seeing just what I am capable of!
