I just got through weighing myself and lost another 3 lbs this week!!!! yeaaaaaa! That makes a total of 35 lbs in 8 weeks. I know last week I was getting a little discourages because I thought I just wasn't doing something right. I adjusted a little and increased my water and ate a bit more during my long shifts at work and I guess it did the trick. I haven't gotten on a regular exercise routine which I really need to do but I will join the gym this week instead of trying to walk outside now that the weather is getting cold.I have really started to feel a difference in the way I can move. Walking is sooo much easier, and getting up from a sitting position is easier. I can get through my night shifts alot easier too! Quite a bit more energy and not so tired.
Overall, I feel great about this experience so far and I know it is only gonna get better!!
