So I tried ground chicken/turkey again and I kept it down!  It takes alot of patience to eat it.  I only got through a few bites and then stopped partly from bordem and party because I didn't want a repeat of yesterday.  I saw Dr. Gens for my two week recheck and he said no work, I can swim, and I can exercize but no weight lifting.  My weight at that appointment was 297.5, under 300! That means in 16 days I've lost 16.5lbs.  I'd be okay with loosing a pound a day for the next three months.
