So I can't get my protein in like I need to. Water and popsicles and jello is about it right now. Soup and protein drinks.. not so much. I don't know if it is because they are thicker or if I am afriad of over drinking? Else wise today I had horrible gas pains been trying to walk it off.. but everything will get better in due time!
